The music that really turns me on is either running toward God or away from God. Both recognize the pivot, that God is at the center of the jaunt. -- Bono

Comments: For the first time since 2015, Bono joins in the annual Christmas Eve tradition of busking in Dublin to raise funds and awareness for the city's homeless. And for the first time ever, The Edge joins him for this performance. The two do a pair of songs acoustically -- the band's own "Love Is Bigger Than Anything In Its Way" and the traditional Christmas carol, "O Holy Night." After that, organizer Glen Hansard, singer Imelda May and other artists join them for a singalong performance of "Christmas (Baby Please Come Home)."

William Gibson

William Gibson pens his own concert review and shares his behind-the-scenes of U2's Vertigo tour "U2's Own in the August 2005 issue of Wired magazine. The article is chock-full of tour technology and logistical data, as well as Larry's connection to NASA.

Willie Williams is quoted in the article saying, "We're thinking of webcasting concerts through U2.com, but part of the deal would be that subscribers could only watch us if we can watch them, through their home webcams, and then we'd all get to watch those images."
