Wow!....Wow! Those were the words from Bono we heard several times during the show. I think he was reacting to the continuous and deafening level of noise from the crowd at Target Center in Minneapolis. Well, with only one show here we wanted to let the band know how much we appreciated their stop on the tour.

Tonight was the eigth show I've seen...I even had a special t-shirt made up showing the dates, venues and cities where I've seen them play....going back to 1985! This one was special, all the way from mixing in tunes like Wild Horses and Crumbs, to my favorites of One and Streets. If they had only played 11 O'Clock Tick Tock the night would have been complete.

The show lived up to and exceeded my expectations, which are pretty high since I have been following the band for over 20 years. I look to U2 to play the "staples" of their set list like they are playing them for the first time, to bring a high-level of energy to the show, to see/hear the Edge bring some new sounds to life and for Bono to lead the band like they were competing for their first record contract...all points passed with flying colors!

After 2 and 1/4 hours up on my feet and with a sweat-soaked shirt to boot, I walked away with a hoarse voice, an emotional release and memories that will be relived over and over for the next four or five years until they tour here again. With joining the One campaign and buying bracelets for my family, I'm glad to join U2 in helping to work important world issues like like AIDS and extreme poverty.

I can't change the world, but U2 has changed the world in me. I Rejoice!
