"I love to write, and that's what I'd do if I couldn't still perform. The deadlines are something I'd have a problem with." — Bono

Hello Heidi,

The April 6 show was the best of the two LA dates. Our seats were behind the stage, stage-left. we could see their faces and I could watch their six hands plucking the notes and drumming each beat. Fantastic! The set list on the second night featured two or three songs from boy and october. The reception to these tunes appeared to be more positive than the trio of boy songs (same as those performed on the first date) the previous nights. I was pleased to hear an cat dubh (sp??), but i fear that other audience member grew a bit bored as this was the only time that audience members sat down. Back to Ap6. This was not the case with Ocean as the audience appeared electrified. High points were Love and peace or else which rocked like no other. Also they bled seamlessly New Year's Day straight into Bullet the Blue, which they performed in a mellower manner than than previous 3 tours. they concluded in t a quiet manner. Yahweh and 40 ended the evening in a truely spectaclur manner. Very quiet and serene as opposed to the hi emotional intensity of Elevation tour concluders One and Walk on. Sorry this is a bit rushed, but i am in a public library in Solvang,CA and i have only a few minutes left before the Net time cuts me off. Be Jealous! It was amazing. Peace out!!
