"Home is made up of familiar things, and I do not have a home. Home for me is Edge's keyboards; the amp box means a lot more to me than any light stand or colored television." — Bono

I was at both Chicago shows. I came from Kansas City with a friend. I had never seen U2 live before this weekend, even though I've been a fan since 2001. Needless to say I have been very excited and looking forward to this weekend for a long time.

On the second night we were in section 312, and nobody around us wanted to get off their butt. Seriously, why would you sit during a U2 concert? The people around me didn't stand up until the SIXTH song, ISHFWILF. They stayed up for Elevation, but when U2 started playing Your Blue Room, people not only sat down, but dozens of people left to go the restroom or do whatever. The peope around me finally stood up again for SBS, but sat right back down when MLK started and didn't get back up until Streets. Amazingly, they stood during the encore and for the rest of the show.

The second night was a great show, but I was very disappointed by the people around me. The first night was a much better experience for me, overall.
