"Whenever I start working on a song, I immediately try to forget everything." — Edge

What a night, what a show! Travelling all the way from Edmonton, Canada and it was totally worth it!

As I walked into the Pepsi Centre early after getting pelted by rain and hail, the music of U2 resonated outside the building. Screaming and yelling GA'rs that got into the heart because their name was drawn were overjoyed while others stood and waited in the pouring rain and hail...I sort of felt bad for those people.

As for the show itself I felt that Kings Of Leon did a fine job of opening the show probably the best openers out of the 3 that I have seen previous...they really take it up to another level live...but thats not what we were all waiting for the electric atmosphere was building more and more as the magic 9 oclock hour reached...and then you hear Everyone Everyone!!!

Love and Peace Or Else hit the crowd like the bolts of lightning they were seeing outside and the band never really looked back from that point

A few highlights that made this show different then others that I have heard from this tour is that the band did both Shes a Mystery to Me as well as a snippet of Rain...obviously because of the conditions outside....

I felt the band was in close to top form on this night and out of the 3 tours I have seen Bonos voice has never sounded better then it did on this night in my opinion.

U2 left the Mile High city feeling 1 mile high after this amazing performance.

A sampling of fan reaction around me would tell me that overall it was a brilliant success and U2 is still a very overpowering experience live...and it is always nice to hear I am not the only one that thinks this is the case.

Good luck on the rest of the tour guys it can only get better from here!
