People become too interested in you. And when I see these people hanging outside, I think I wish those guys would go and spend the afternoon writing letters to different presidents and let Bono back into the studio, and do what he really wants to do.-- Larry, 2002

Wow, I just saw a powerful and moving concert by the best live band on the planet. Despite what certain press and media reactions to U2 recently, the band is still very much rocking its heart out as it always has. U2 was in fine form at the brand new Osaka Dome, which I might add acoustics are excellent. The sound was very crisp and booming. This was my first POP MART Tour, and boy am I glad to see it at the end. I saw ZOO TV back in 1992 and I have to say this surpases it. Bono's voice was as good as ever {how can he still get those high notes} and the band was very tight and rocking.

The new POP songs rock live. Mofo is a great rock and roll song live. It's so hard to think of the best moment of the night. Let me just say that despite all the huge production, U2 has put on this tour. The most essential element is still the music. Bono tried very hard to get the the Japanese audience into it and one of the highlights of the night was at the end of Where The Streets Have NO Name when Bono when into the audience and the band just played on and on. I thought he would never be found again. U2 played both new and old songs with heart and soul. I am so glad I got to see U2 on this tour. I'm an American now working in Japan. I was going to see them play at Raleigh, North Carolina last May, but it was cancelled. Thanks for making up that show guys. God Bless you U2.
