We want people who aren't in our niche listening to our music. -- Bono

My cuz, wife and cuz's wife, long time fans, were four of the stars in your cell phone galaxy. Yes - we were up high, wishing to be inside the elipse. We danced and jumped despite the fear of collapsing over the rail to our deaths 100 feet below. It was impossible to sit still and I wished that they could play until morning or longer.

This was the fourth show for me, all in Pittsburgh. Unforgettable Fire Tour in 85 at the Civic Arena, was my first, and was ranked the best show that I've ever seen by anybody, until this latest stop in Pittsburgh. I prayed for them to close with "40", and what d'ya'know! This was my wife's first and she admits that it was the best she's ever seen. We have made a pact to never miss another - I will just have to dig a little deeper in my wallet because my 11 year old son is now a big fan, and won't let go the fact that I left him behind that night.

When you are a U2 fan, it's tough on the all other bands, because they always win out. They are a model for others to follow, and the others always leave me disappointed. There's a connection that exists by listening to them on your stereo, it's magnified a million times just seeing them live, even if it is from a distance.
