I play U2 songs . . . I don't even really play guitar. -- Edge

12 hours in the GA line was worth it for this show. I was right up front, dead center oustide the elipse. Love & Peace was kick-a$$ as the opener, especially seeing the members walk around the elipse, spotlights on the crowd. The GA line could hear the band going thru L&P over and over during soundcheck and it all paid off. L&P should be the opener for every show.

Bono was bouncy and zipping around with energy. I managed to lock eyes with him for 5-8 seconds (times vary depending on eye-witness accounts), much to my amazement. Seeing Edge jamming right in front of me was indescribeable, too.

One moment that cracked me up was when Adam & Bono were both on the ramp. Bono leaned up on Adam, then kissed him on the cheek, then gave Adam a pinch on the butt, which cracked Adam up. Witnessing that U2 still actually enjoy playing together makes seeing them play all that more special.

There were a few flat parts of the show, which makes the 2nd night the best of Seattle. But all in all it was amazing, with one of the best parts being able to see the show with my fellow U2 diehards. You guys rock. =)
