"He's the type of person who'll hit you in the ass and get you going. It doesn't make you a lot of friends, but it's a great ability to have." — Adam, on Bono

Wow! This is the third time ive seen the boys live and thay just get better and better. The best thing also that happened was that it stayed dry! Managed to squeeze to the left of the stage right B-stage and had a great view of everything!

Support bands were Interpol and Black Rebel Motorcycle Club. I thought Interpol were pretty good but BRMC were simply awful. They sounded far too "tinny" and didnt look too happy to be there!

No intro from U2, which I thought was a bit disappointing considering the excellent intros they had on past tours, the stadium erupted when they walked on and they went straight into Vertigo. Highlights for me were Wild Horses, Electric Co, City of Blinding Lights were he released 2 balloons into the air, Streets was awesome with the Africa intro and chants! The best song I thought of the whole night had to be Running to Stand Still. With its dedication to Aung San Suu Kyi,the snippets of Walk On and the Human Rights thingy, really made it an emotional highlight for me! The 2nd Vertigo was also awesome as I felt the light show really added to the power of the song! I felt the crowd was a bit subdued at times and not as jumpy as I thought they would be, I suppose standing for about 4 hours before the show starts can tire people out lol!!

The visuals were simply mindblowing, The co-exist symbol on the back screens was brilliant, the Miracle Drug pulse was brilliant, all of it was simply awesome!

I'm glad they came to Glasgow and didnt forget about us which they nearly did on the last tour, Well done guys, keep it up!!!!
