"I realised that you can't be a passive pacifist, you must be an aggressive pacifist. I had to make a strong statement about what was happening, and 'Sunday Bloody Sunday' is that statement." — Bono

I would like to start by saying, if you have any pictures of when the guys came out and signed stuff and said "Hi" before soundcheck, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!! e-mail me at www.viking@our-town.com ...I also saw U2 in Dallas from the heart, and I thought it would never get any better than that, but U2 proved to me again that there is no peak when you are the best band in the world!!! Please was a big highlight and One and Sunday Bloody Sunday moved many to tears they were so great and powerful... Until the end of the world was outstanding as was new years day, and seeing them almost a year to the day of the ATYCLB release I realized that I am not tired of anything off that album yet ( and I probably never will be)... Kite, I Still Haven't Found, Pride, Wild Honey and several others were omitted in Dallas last april, and I am glad to have seen most of the songs played on this tour by going to these shows so far apart timewise!!! WOWY needed a break, but it's always cool to hear, Kite was one everyone seems to love (a final single for ATYCLB perhaps???)... I also met the band before the show, and even though people were crazy, everyone was calm and cool and the guys were very polite and friendly and signed the rock's hottest ticket Time magazine I brought, Bono shook my hand and even Larry came out and talked (not a common occurence according to the guy I was talking to out there)... All in all, the best concert I have ever seen, and a lifetime goal, meeting the guys, accomplished!!! P.S. No Doubt was great, and their new stuff is killer!!!
