"If I was to choose my mode of transport, I'm not sure it would be a mirrorball lemon. I think I'll take the bus next time." — Larry

by Andosa Malshop Brucha

I am a native of Casablanca. I was introduced to U2 by a friend. I fell in love with them after hearing How to dismantle an atomic bomb. My friend suggested that I pick up Boy and October as he claims that both albums are similar stylistically. I purchased Under a Blood Red Sky instead and I was singing, "Oh, Oh, Oh" on the streets of Casablanca. For those who do not know what this is, it's U2's Gloria. The classic break in the middle gets me so psyched. Fast forward and at Croke and I am still singing, "Oh, Oh, Oh!!

However, this was the only song I jammed out too. The rest of the show did not leave me entertained at all. Why would you play Vertigo twice. I could barely take it once. Furthermore, I did not understand all the political yapping about Africa. I am from Africa and I don't care. I flew 33354 miles to hear Yahweh? That song is horrible and it is horrible live. Bono does not sound sincere, and lyrically, Bono has reached an all time low. Your love is like a drop in the ocean?

All in all, this was a show about rock and roll cliche. Thank you U2, you proved your insincerity by adopting these cliches.
