"[Bono] doesn't care what people think. And that's an incredible gift. And also a real curse. We would prefer that he took care of himself." — Larry

by Robert McSwain

This is the 3rd time I've seen U2. I caught their Popmart show in Clemson, S.C. back in '97 and I saw the Elevation show in Charlotte, N.C. back in March and now I've been fortunate enough to see them in Baltimore. I must say that the emotional level of the Baltimore show was incredible. The songs were moving and Bono's talks about the recenct events was equally moving. On a personel note I felt the Charlotte set list was a little better. I was disappointed that they didn't play Mysterious Ways, I felt that was one of their best numbers in Charlotte. That was my only complaint. The smaller venue made for a louder concert and the crowd was great. I can't really complain. Out of all the concerts I've seen U2 ranks in the top 3 spots of best live shows I've ever seen.
