"I love hymns and gospel music, but the idea of turning your music into a tool for evangelism is missing the point. Music is the language of the spirit anyway." — Bono

All I have to say is what a show! This was my third show on the elevation tour and by far the best, muscially that is. Bono was in rare form pumping out politically charged tunes like Sunday Bloody Sunday and Please. Let me add that they should play Please more often. I think it is one of U2's most under rated songs that deserves more credit. Anyhow, the concert rocked, Bono brought some guy on stage to play Knocken On Heaven's Door. The guy was good, that lucky bastard. Despite all of the tradiges that has been happening in the past month, the band's support for relief really has elevated their music and the meaning behind it. It was a night i will never forget especially when Bono was hugging the American flag. At this concert I wasn't elevated, I was rejuvenated.
