'Dad, you should listen to the radio more. You know, like, I'm not sure this is really, you know, gonna go over.' -- Edge, repeating his daughter's response to How to Dismantle an Atomic Bomb

by Justin B.

The setlist is on the site, so I won't get into that, but I can say that I was very surprised as the show progressed by the songs that they played.

I've been to two other shows (MSG 6/17, NJ 6/22) this tour and this one was different than I expected.

Highlights were:

"Knocking on heaven's door" - the guy that they pulled up from the crowd was incredible. He was either part of the show (pre-planed) or an outstanding artist (actually either way - he was outstanding and did not seem to miss a chord or beat - he even sang!).

Out of Control - Bono took the stance that he was an 18 year old dude playing this song for the first time in London for some record guys that may sign them to a record contract.

Still Haven't Found WILF.
STREETS - the greatest live song - EVER - what was unique was the lead in. I was expecting Bad (which could also be considered the best live song) but it was not "Bad" - Bono indicated that this was the first time that they were playing PLEASE in a long time.
