Comments: U2's third show in Amsterdam includes the first performance of "Volcano" on the European tour, and only the seventh of the whole tour. It hadn't been played since July 19th in New York City.

Bono dedicates "Every Breaking Wave" to Edge's daughter -- and Bono's godchild -- Hollie, who was recently married in Italy and is at the show tonight with her husband.

The show ends with all four band members holding a Netherlands flag that says "The Dutch (heart) U2" on it.

"Miracle Drug" and "Magnificent" are reportedly soundchecked before the show. The former hasn't been played since May 23rd in Phoenix, and the latter hasn't been played yet on this tour.
