Comments: Bono speaks to the audience in Dutch before "Another Time, Another Place" and the crowd cheers in appreciation -- at least of his attempts, if not the specifics of what he said. Bono brings a female fan on stage during "11 O'Clock Tick Tock" and they do something resembling an Irish jig.

"Westminster Quarters" refers to the traditional melody used by clock bells to denote quarter-hour increments. The Edge plays the melody for the half-hour chime on album version of "11 O'Clock Tick Tock," but he also played it during "The Ocean" on many October Tour dates.
