Comments: For once, the pre-show rumors are right. Tonight, rumors swirl that Lady Gaga will join U2 on stage, and it happens during the second set when U2 is playing out at the e-stage. Bono asks if there's anyone who can play piano, and Gaga walks on stage wearing essentially a bra and panties and gigantic Alexander McQueen boots. She plays piano and sings during "Ordinary Love." (Rumors persist that Bruce Springsteen will join U2 at one of the final three shows.)

While that was clearly the big highlight of the show, here are other notes from tonight's show:

  • There are new audio effects being used during "Raised By Wolves" and new screen graphics during "Even Better Than The Real Thing."
  • Intermission involves "The Fly" video again.
  • A Japanese fan (named Matiko?) comes on stage to do the Meerkat segment during "Elevation," and she's in a full kimono with fan and all.
  • The second set reverts back to the original order, with "Bullet The Blue Sky" following "Every Breaking Wave," "Pride" closing the main show and "City Of Blinding Lights" starting the encore.

Bono sings a brief bit of "Stairway To Heaven" before "Cedarwood Road," but it's not clear if there was a reason behind it.
