Comments: U2 headline the first 3 shows of the, A Conspiracy Of Hope tour in San Francisco, Los Angeles and Denver. The reunited Police headline the last 3 shows of the tour in Atlanta, Chicago and East Rutherford.

The final show in East Rutherford is broadcast on TV and many artists are added to the bill. The lineup for the East Rutherford show is John Eddie, Third World, Hooters, Peter, Paul & Mary, Little Steven, Stanley Jordan, Joan Armatrading, Jackson Browne, Rubén Blades, Yoko Ono, Howard Jones, Mile Davis, The Neville Brothers, Joan Baez, Lou Reed, Peter Gabriel, Bryan Adams, Joni Mitchell, U2 and The Police.

Bono joins The Police for "Invisible Sun" before the all-star finale.
