@U2 QOM November 2012: A Thankful U2Finish this sentence: If I were U2, I would be thankful for ______.
@U2,
December 12, 2012
(Each month, @U2 puts a spotlight on U2 fans with our "Question of the Month." We pose a question to our readers and invite answers of 200 words or less. If you're interested in taking part, check our home page to see if the current question is still open. If not, check back shortly after the beginning of next month and we'll have another question ready to be answered!)
Thera Hagedoorn: If I were U2 I would be thankful for all our loyal fans who hang on for years and years, who buy everything we put on the market and keep on buying concert tickets. And most of all who wait desperately for new songs as long as we exist. For the good life they gave us (as they always thank us for during their concerts and which I appreciate). Gina Miller: If I were U2 I would be thankful to God that we are able to sing, and play instruments. And that people are buying our music and singing our songs. :) Holly: All the places we get to play. Lisa Andrus: Oh where to start? First, they should be thankful they found each other -- to still be friends, much less work together, for 30-some odd years is an amazing feat! Note to our readers: All of us at @U2 thank you for all your terrific responses to Question of the Month over the years. This is our last installment (although you can always find the archive here). We hope you've enjoyed these conversations as much as we have! (c) @U2/individual contributors above, 2012.
