U2 Announces 2011 Opening Acts

When the U2 360 Tour returns to North America in 2011, it'll be visiting the same stadiums that were planned this past summer. It'll also include the same opening acts, plus one new artist that will be on tour with U2 for the first time. U2 has announced that The Fray, Interpol, and Lenny Kravitz are still on the lineup for next year -- but some playing in different cities than originally planned. Meanwhile, Florence and The Machine will open for U2 for the first time, with two appearances planned. Here's the full lineup for U2's 2011 tour in North America: The Fray: Denver (May 21, 2011), Salt Lake City (May 24, 2011), Edmonton (June 1, 2011) U2 also says that Snow Patrol will open the band's concert date in Mexico City on May 14, 2011.
