Sheryl Crow, Wyclef Jean, Dave Matthews Added to Johnny Cash Tribute

U2, Bruce Springsteen, and Bob Dylan may not be on hand in person for TNT's An All-Star Tribute To Johnny Cash, but Sheryl Crow, Wyclef Jean, Dave Matthews, Chris Issak, and others have just been added to round out the bill for the April 6 special.
Others recently added to the tribute concert, which is part of TNT's Masters Series, are June Carter Cash, Brooks & Dunn, and Marty Stuart, with the Mavericks performing as the house band. Although U2, Springsteen, and Dylan were originally slated to play on the show, they will now only be paying tribute via taped performance segments. The concert will be held at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York and will air on TNT on April 18 at 8 p.m. ET/PT. Also on the bill are the previously announced Rosanne Cash, Emmylou Harris, Kris Kristofferson, Lyle Lovett, Willie Nelson, and Trisha Yearwood. © 1999 Allstar. All rights reserved.
