Croatia's PM Invites Bono Vox to Croatia

On the third day of the U.N. General Assembly, the Croatian prime minister briefly met and talked with Bono Vox.
Among the numerous state officials he met at the U.N. General Assembly, Croatian Prime Minister Ivo Sanader will certainly remember one person in particular. Although he is not a state official, he is definitely the most famous and most popular person there. The Croatian prime minister met with the singer of U2, humanitarian and musician Bono Vox. Vox revealed to him that he had been to Croatia several times, but the public knew nothing about that. Like all other super stars, Bono was also mesmerised with the beauty of Croatia. During the brief talks they had, Sanader invited Vox to become acquainted with the work of social and humanitarian organisations in Croatia. © Javno, 2008.
