Bono to Appear on Science Education TV Special

Bono is listed as one of the guests making an appearance on i.am FIRST - Science is Rock and Roll, a one-hour program airing this Sunday (August 14) on ABC-TV. AS ABC's website explains, "the special takes an inside, up close look at the 20th Annual FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) Championship, a worldwide science and robotics K-12 competition that celebrates technology." The program airs at 7:00 pm ET/PT. Bono appears briefly at the 2:30 mark of this promotional video on YouTube, and there's a longer clip that we'll embed below where Bono talks about his favorite scientist.
