Bono and The Edge Will Appear at Tonys

Rolling Stone reported today that Bono and The Edge will make an appearance at the 65th Annual Tony Awards, airing this Sunday, June 12. Their purpose there is not confirmed, but there is speculation that the duo will introduce a performance by cast members from Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark, the musical for which they have composed songs. The show will broadcast on CBS beginning at 8/7c.
