Bono and Edge to Appear on Tonight Show

According to the website for The Tonight Show With Jay Leno, Bono and The Edge, two days after U2's concerts in Anaheim, will appear as guests on the show next Monday, June 20, and will also be the musical act, performing a song from Spider-Man: Turn Off The Dark. UPDATE: Bono & Edge will also be on NBC Nightly News on Tuesday. Anchorman Brian Williams visited the Foxwoods Theatre today to tape interviews with them and the cast. The New York Times also has a lengthy and interesting interview with Bono and Edge about the production and its struggles. UPDATE: Bono and Edge have canceled their Tonight Show appearance.
