9th Annual Build a Well for Bono's Birthday in Full Swing

For the ninth consecutive year, folks at the African Well Fund are fundraising in honor of Bono's birthday to bring water to Africa. In the past eight years, U2 fans have contributed nearly $200,000 for projects in Uganda, Zimbabwe, Liberia and Angola. These donations have helped more than 30,000 African citizens. This year's gifts, accepted through May 10, will be used to help a girls' schools in Benin. In addition to donating directly through their site, there are also auctions on eBay to benefit the cause, and merchandise is available on Zazzle. Once you donate, you can also sign your name to an annual card that is presented to Bono via Principle Management each year. Click here for all of the details.
