U2 Events: Music Rising Fundraiser
Music Rising Fundraiser
@U2 was thrilled to help present a Music Rising Fundraiser featuring The Joshua Tree Band at the Hard Rock Cafe in Boston on March 6th. Thanks to a big and generous crowd, the event raised money in support of Music Rising, the charity co-founded by The Edge which aims to put musical instruments back in the hands of Gulf Coast musicians who were devastated by Hurricane Katrina and Hurricane Rita. You can help the cause by buying a special "Hard Rock" edition of the Music Rising t-shirt Edge has worn on several occasions to spread the word. The Hard Rock is also hosting several Music Rising fundraising events in the coming days and weeks. THANK YOU to all who attended the party in Boston! |
