In the Name of Love: Two Decades of U2
U2 exhibit opens at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum
February 8, 2003, in Cleveland

The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum opened a U2 exhibit on February 8th titled IN THE NAME OF LOVE: Two Decades of U2. The exhibit will run through the end of 2003.

The Edge had this to say about the Rock Hall to Launch Music: "We've been donating stuff to the Hall Of Fame over the years, you know, and I've been there a couple of times, and I think it's a great facility, It's fascinating to wander around. We give them any help we can."

• Adam Clayton played this bass in 1997 on the PopMart tour. The shape of the bass mirrors the large yellow arch that was a main feature of the stage.
• Bono wore this jacket during the Super Bowl XXXVI half-time performance in 2002. The inside of the jacket is an American flag.
• The Edge wore these boots during the PopMart tour in 1997.
• Bono used this Gretsch, named the Irish Falcon, on much of the Elevation tour in 2001. The pick guard says, "The Goal is Soul."
• Bono wore this outfit as "The Fly" for the opening songs of the Zoo TV tour, 1992-93.
