I have a box with Achtung Baby and an interview disc which
is one of a limited edition of 500. Do you know how much this
is worth?
Matt McGee: Unfortunately, it's only
worth whatever you paid for it or whatever you can get someone
else to pay if you sell it. It's a bootleg. This happens quite
frequently -- bootleggers will take an official release, combine
it with a bootleg or other unofficial item, put them in a nice,
numbered box, and try to call it a "collectible."
There are probably a few handfuls of similar box sets like this
and none of them have any real value as collectors items.
